As part of the School Coupons Program, participating students selling a minimum of twenty-five (25) books qualify for a drawing for national incentive prizes. One prize will be awarded for every one hundred students qualifying, therefore odds of winning will not be less than one in one hundred. Additionally, each student will be entered into all drawings for the given category once for ever 25 books sold (e.g., students selling 100 books will be entered four times). Specific terms and conditions, as stated below, apply to the award of national incentives. Qualifying students are not guaranteed a prize.

Additionally, qualifying students within each market are eligible for a drawing to win his or her photograph on next year's coupon book cover and brochure.

Rules Regarding National Incentives Drawings
Only participating students meeting sales criteria, having sold a minimum of twenty-five (25) books, and for which all payments have been received as required by the student's school, are eligible. There is no guarantee that by qualifying, student will win any prize. Chances of winning are no less than one in one hundred. One prize for each one hundred qualifying students shall be awarded. Therefore, based upon the number of students qualifying, not all prizes may be awarded, or duplicate prizes may be awarded. School Coupons may, at its sole discretion, determine the order in which prizes are awarded. Any prize won by a minor may be awarded to the minor's parent, legal guardian, or other adult representative. Winners will be responsible for all tax liability. Each qualifying student will be eligible for one drawing for every twenty-five (25) books sold, but may win no more than one prize. Drawing will be held on March 31, each year, for all applicable qualified programs concluding by December 31 of the previous year. All winners will be notified by mail to their respective school's address. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold School Coupons harmless from any and all claims. Drawing is conducted as part of the private award of earned incentives by participating students and is not open to the public, nor is the potential award of any incentive offered as an inducement to any party not participating in a qualified program. Void where prohibited by law.

*Every effort will be made to secure tickets to student's first choice of available concert, however, in some circumstances, tickets may be unavailable, and in such case, substitution of prize or concert event shall be at School Coupons' option.
